Dear Sir(s) and/or Madam(s):
I 'm not a computer technician, but I have your latest Real Player. I thought this player was exceptional. The new Real Player sounds fantastic ! !
Yours respectfully,
Terry

Will this new version have support for x64 OS's? If not now, when can we expect it? Be nice to listen to Rhapsody at home too!

I was going to download the Real Player but found, in Google, another Real Player site. The URL is suspicious (http://www.www-real-player.com). Is this also a legitimate version of Real Player? Can any one enlighten me?

John,
This site is not affiliated with Real Networks. It does give you a legitimate version of the RealPlayer but you must download the Google Pack as well.
The real RealPlayer can be downloaded from realplayer.com or real.com.

Does this work on Vista Operating Systems?

I certainly hope the Real Player Beta performs better than the one I have. It keeps closing on me and stating that it has timed out. Why do you have a product that doesn't even work? You have a lot of hype about your products but in fact they function quite horribly.

How can I use it with the Archos product and the MPIO?

why does my p.c crash when i install realplayer

Basically what you can do to improve Realplayer is provide documentation. For example, once upon a time you could use a command line option to start a video in full screen mode. Now if I want to do that I have to start the video, enter theatre mode, and switch to full screen. There's nothing in your documentation or your knowledge base, and if you try to ask a question the answer is "We'll be happy to answer your question if you pay us first." Kind of makes me think the best way to watch an AVI is to uninstall Realplayer and go with something else...

Every time I try to stream audio, I get a message that my connection speed has changed--it hasn't. And no matter how I increase connection time, RealPlayer times out. Nothing recommended in the FAQs helps. Is there a solution?

I'm having HUGE problems with Real Player 11 on OS 10.5 not playing SMIL files that have worked on versions all the way back to G2. Anyone having problems with SMIL.

I use it with Firefox and with the new Firefox install, the RealPlayer download option is no longer available.
Do I have to reinstall realplayer again?

Can anyone tell me why I can select burn/transfer, choose CD type, select files for the CD, burn the CD, have realplayer tell me the burn was successful, but then there are no files on the CD?
I can't even burn a generic, boring audio CD! If I need SuperPass to burn CDs (AT ALL!) then why would I allowed to go through all of those steps? Even then, why I would be told that the burn was successful?

Redownloaded real player 11 as every time i was using it it froze. The new download is o.k. apart from the cd burner, keeps saying unable to find burner. Didn't have this problem before. Also will not download updates due to insufficient space, but have plenty of room. Any ideas?

The download feature on RP 11 works awesome on my pc that has Win XP. It will not work on my laptop which has Vista. I reinstalled RP 11 but the feature still will not work. If I right-click on the video, all I get is limited options from the Adobe program. I uninstalled Adobe but I guess it has to be installed just as it is on my Win XP pc. I do have the download function enabled. Any help would be appreciated.
