Realplayer was installed on my computer when I bought it. Ever since a few years ago, when I downloaded a newer version, it has not worked-ever. I have downloaded it several different times, but always have the same problem. I open it, nothing works, and I get the same message when I do crtl-alt-del. Realplayer is not responding. When I send the error report to Microsoft, it often but not always says contact Realplayer to address the issue.

This is what the error report says:

C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\Wer0ab2.dir00\realplay.exe.mdmp
and
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\Wer0ab.2.dir00\appcompat.txt

Can anyone help. I am ready to just delete it and forget it.
