PR is not allowed to listen to clips sponsored by Real/Rhapsody, because we are "outside" of the US. That may lead you to think that Hawaii should be banned, but no, you can't 'cause it's a state. Ok, but D.C. isn't a state, is a Commonwealth just like PR!!!! So, what's the problem? Lack of knowledge or you are discriminating against the US citizens of PR!!!

I LOVE RHAPSODY and have been a subscriber for a few years now (from the beginning).
I love the new web interface because I now get to listen to my favourite internet service on my Macintosh.
However, when I listen to Rhapsody on my Windows machines, the Beta version of the playback interface DOES NOT LIST the selected tracks. This problem only occurs in WINDOWS 2000 platform. It works fine on Windows XP.
BTW, I'm a developer and sit in front a Windows 2000 server box for IIS/Apache and Mambo testing and I need to have my Rhapsody when I do this! However, I don't have the Rhapsody Jukebox software activated because it takes up a lot of resources on my server (I've already got a lot of stuff running and have decided to bail on Rhapsody Jukebox so I could keep working). I am pleased that you guys made the Rhapsody web interface, though...not too many resources and the same clarity I get with jukebox. Just...please fix this annoying list issue.
Keep up the good work on all the new services you've got up (btw...i AM using your RSS feeds to inform me of new stuff you've got).

I WISH TO CANCEL MY SERVIE AFTER 14 DAYS, BECAUSE THE SEARCH BOX SHOWS UP TOO LARGE. AND I CANNOT SELECT GO NO THE SEARCH. SO IF I WANT TO SEARCH FOR MUSIC I CAN'T.

I want to use your services but your system will not let me transfer music to my mp3. It keeps telling me I need to upgrade, I select yes and the same message keeps popping up. If this cannot be corrected please cancel my account as of today.

I can't stand rhapsody, so I cancelled the service. A month later I look in my bank statement, and I got charged AGAIN! This is ridiculous! I want my service gone!

i have had to subscribe three times for the 14 day trial and i ended up having to pay 4.99 I want to be refunded seeing how i didnt ever get the 14 trial or get logged it.
